Job Details:
\n
• Work 8-hour day shifts starting at 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday with 2 weekend days per month
\n• Primarily work in a skilled nursing facility with float responsibilities to an inpatient acute care hospital located on the same campus
\n• Treat 7-9 patients per day
\n• Cover stations A, B, C, and D
\n• Inpatient care setting only
\n• Common diagnoses include CVA, TKA, THA, and COPD
\n• Floor-specific orientation provided
\n• Holiday shifts may be required
\n• No weekend requirement beyond the 2 weekend days per month schedule
\n• Required certifications: California OT license and BLS
\n• Charting completed in Cerner EMR
\n• Scrub color required: Burgundy
\n• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
\n• 2 supervisory references from the submitting modality required at submittal (charge references accepted); 1 within the last 12 months and 1 within the last 3 years
