About the team and what we'll build together The Client Services team is a critical conduit connecting our client’s business with the Kobie business. Our responsibility is to leverage Kobie’s best in class strategy, technology and products and apply them thoughtfully to our clients’ programs to improve customer loyalty.   • A Sr. Product Associate will be based in St. Petersburg, FL. They will report to the Director of Product and serve as the bridge between product, technology, client services and partners, ensuring smooth execution of product operations. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and driving efficiently and scale across our product offerings. You will work directly with prospective and current partners to identify the innovation goals within their organizations and structure engagements to achieve the desired outcomes as our resident champion of your specific partners. This means you must be comfortable working as both a project manager and a strategist, have a passion for building relationships, and be capable of working within a team across multiple departments and partners, internally and externally.
  • What You'll Do:
  • Support partner growth and development efforts to attract more opportunities and partners into the Kobie network.
  • Work with Partners to develop project plans, timelines, education series and processes.
  • Assist in proposal responses and the creation of sales collateral.
  • Work on integrating partner systems with Kobie’s systems. This may include setting up data sharing protocols, API’s, and ensuring compatibility between different technology platforms.
  • Lead execution of new partner onboarding, ensuring the partner becomes a part of the company’s ecosystem. This involves guiding them through the necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements.
  • Develop automated processes for routine tasks.
  • Provide training and resources to partners to ensure they understand Kobie’s operations, processes, and expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners. Serve as a point of contact for partners to address any questions, concerns, or issues they may have during the onboarding process and beyond.
  • Track the performance of partners once they are onboarded. This may involve setting up key performance indicators, objectives, goals and monitoring partner performance against these metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner onboarding processes, agreements and communications.
  • Continuously assess and improve the partner onboarding process to make it more efficient and effective.

What you need to be successful

  • To Excel in this role, a Sr. Product Associate needs strong communication and relationship management skills, attention to detail, project management skills, and a good understanding of Kobie’s operations and the loyalty industry. They also need to stay updated on industry trends and technology changes that may impact partner integration and operations.
