Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FOH Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our FOH operations, ensuring the highest level of excellence in customer service, team management, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead by example and set a high standard for excellence within the team.
- Foster a positive team environment by providing support to team members and acknowledging their achievements.
- Implement effective communication channels, such as Slack and text, to ensure that employees receive timely and necessary information.

2. Customer Satisfaction:
- Oversee the team's efforts to ensure exceptional customer experiences, including product recommendations and accommodating special customer requests.

3. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve key store goals, including sales, profit and labor targets, effective merchandising strategies, and improvements in both team and customer experiences. Having a keen sense of where sales are at, how to adjust for seasonality, and what is needed to keep sales up and labor down.

4. Store Environment Management:
- Ensure the maintenance of an authentic store environment aligned with current design layouts.
- Oversee initiatives to improve sales through thoughtful analysis of merchandising best practices, display management, and sales projects.

5. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Lead inventory processes, including product inventory review, effective communication, and actions aimed at maximizing sales while minimizing waste.
- Take a hands-on role in ordering and stocking essential items in the shop, including bar ingredients, retail goods, packaging, beverages, and general shop needs.

- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams and achieving business goals.
- Strong communication, team building, and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of product recommendations, inventory management, and event coordination.
- Strategic thinking and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of our organization by providing strong leadership, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring excellence in customer service, event management, and social media representation. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and community engagement.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently: Stand for up to 8 hours, walk, bend, reach, crouch, lift up to 20lbs, raise arms above head. See and hear in order to communicate with customers and team members.

Occasionally: Carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds), climb ladders. Be able to perform tasks in a cold environment for up to 15 minutes at a time.

Compensation:

Starting at $19/hour + tips
