We are a mission-oriented, community-centered federally qualified health center situated in central Vermont, and we are seeking to welcome a Family Medicine Physician to our team. Our group consists of 14 dedicated providers who deliver a range of services, including primary care, behavioral health, obstetrics, and dental care.

About the Position:

• Outpatient care only
• Full-time commitment is defined as 4 days per week
• The typical patient load averages two patients per hour
• Utilization of eClinicalWorks for electronic medical records
• Shared on-call responsibilities among 14 providers, with RNs managing weekend and holiday calls
• Opportunity to perform in-office procedures
• Option to provide prenatal care for interested candidates
