Home Health Aide/ DSP
Client Referral Bonus $250.00
- Be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living and other tasks that enable the
individual to remain in his/her own home.
- Provide supportive services, such as assistance with personal care, toileting, meal preparation,
- laundry and maintaining a clean environment for clients in the home setting.
- Transport (errands, store, etc.). Optional per client
Job Requirements:
- 1- year of experience as an aide/personal care assistant in healthcare setting.
- If no experience- must be STNA, CNA, or Certified Home Health Aide.
- Desire to work with seniors and other adults with disabilities.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate with clients/families and emergency systems personnel.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Reports any changes to the patient’s medical and living conditions to the supervisor.
- Completes documentation and time sheets in a timely manner.
Required Experience:
- Home Health Aide Certificate or 1-year experience.
- Home Health Aide/Nursing Assistant requirements
- Current Home Health Aide OR complete the 75-hour nurse aide training course.
- Current CPR license
- Ability to pass background check.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
- 3 references
- Must be 18 years of age.
