We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a manufacturer of
telecommunications products. In this mission-critical role, the successful candidate will
be in contact with our customers as well as our sales and operations groups. The
primary responsibilities for this role will be inside sales and support for organizing and
processing orders, communicating with customers on technical specifications and
availability of equipment and parts, and building rapport with stakeholders both internal
and external while working in an office setting as a member of our team. Individuals in
this role will actively listen, solve problems, communicate well, and leave customers
satisfied with their purchases and overall experience with our company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales calls with existing customers and prospect for new customers.
- Ensure that orders submitted by our sales team and customers are organized,
- processed, and completed accurately.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and operations.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email on details of telecommunications
- equipment.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns quickly and efficiently while providing exceptional
- customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide order-related documents to customers.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior inside sales experience with technical/electronics products.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and experience with ERP software packages.
- Proficient in Spanish is a plus.
