RPh on the Go is hiring a PRN Home Infusion Pharmacist for an ongoing opportunity in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists with infusion, sterile compounding, or clinical pharmacy experience seeking flexible PRN work. Urgent coverage is needed for several July dates.

Position Details

• Location: Cambridge, MA
• Environment: Home Infusion Pharmacy
• Schedule: PRN, Ongoing, Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Training: 4–8 days on-site EMR training

Immediate Coverage Needed

• July 6–10
• July 13–17

Additional PRN dates available:

• August 31
• September 1–4 and September 25
• December 11

Responsibilities

• Review and verify physician orders and medication therapies
• Perform final verification of sterile compounded medications
• Support cleanroom operations and USP <797> compliance
• Ensure accurate dispensing of infusion medications and supplies
• Communicate with patients, nurses, physicians, and healthcare teams
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience
• Knowledge of USP <797> standards required
• Infusion therapy and/or sterile compounding experience preferred
• Home infusion experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
