Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students across all grade levels from Pre-School through 12th grade in a school setting located in Greenacres, WA. This contract role begins ASAP and continues through the end of the current school year. Candidates with experience working in pediatric settings and a diverse K-12 caseload are highly sought.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in students ranging from Pre-K through high school
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Serving a caseload that includes elementary, middle, and high school students
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification or licensure appropriate for school settings
- Proven ability to work effectively with students in various grade levels, from Pre-School through 12th grade
- Experience with pediatric speech-language pathology interventions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to handle part-time or full-time opportunities
