Bilingual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Elgin, IL
Employment Type: Full-Time | Local W-2 or Travel Contract Options
Pay Range: Starting at $45/hr ($50/hr for Bilingual)

Position Overview:
As a bilingual SLP, you'll play a key role in helping students overcome speech and language challenges while supporting English Language Learners in accessing equitable educational opportunities. You'll work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team and serve students ranging from early childhood through high school.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language services to K12 students in individual and group settings

Administer bilingual speech-language evaluations and interpret results

Contribute to development and implementation of IEPs

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Illinois regulations

Collaborate with general and special education teams, families, and ELL staff
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Illinois SLP License
-
Bilingual (Spanish-English) proficiency required
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs encouraged to apply

School-based experience preferred

Must pass required background checks
