As the Inside Sales Associate, you'll handle customer inquiries via phone and email, create sales quotations, follow up on potential orders, enter purchase orders, and seek new sales opportunities as time permits. You'll also provide excellent customer service by answering product questions, assisting with training for customers and independent sales reps, and staying updated on product details, industry trends, and competitor offerings. You'll work closely with procurement and production teams to understand lead times and material availability, ensuring smooth order processing. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving in a sales environment, we'd love to have you on our team! Requirements:
- 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience
- Building products, construction, or roofing knowledge is a plus!
- Ability to read construction plans and CSI specifications is a bonus
- Strong communication skills 0 verbal and written (Bilingual preferred)
- Team player with problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude
