REHAU Building Solutions, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst – Business Development & Market Support to join our Building Solutions Division. This is an on-site position supporting sales and market development initiatives across North America.

Job Description:
The Business Analyst / Analyst – Business Development & Market Support will play a key role in supporting strategic and operational sales efforts by providing data-driven insights and recommendations, enhancing process efficiency, and enabling effective market development. This role bridges sales, product management, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and market support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Analysis:

  • Provide consistent and accurate analysis to support key sales objectives and faster decision-making.
  • Analyze new product sales and forecasts, rebate programs, and buying group performance.
  • Track profitability and progress of rebate programs.
  • Develop and maintain tools such as GP calculators and measurement dashboards.
  • Maintain a competitive pricing and activity file for analyzing competitor go-to-market plans, in collaboration with the sales team.

Market Development & Support:

  • Assist in analyzation of new market opportunities and analysis of underperforming ones.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams and internal departments to identify what resources are needed for success of key initiatives

Sales Operations & Efficiency:

  • Support Salesforce usage and training for the sales team
  • Assist with key efficiency and process improvement initiatives under the direction of the business management team
  • Analyze and provide recommendations for improved automated sales reporting

Performance Monitoring:
Create and monitor KPIs such as:

  • Wholesaler rebate status and structure effectiveness
  • Home builder install rates
  • Go Big Customer attainment
  • TA sales and performance
  • White space sales performance and market opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Education: Post-secondary non-tertiary education in Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience and excellent understanding of the REHAU distribution strategy, contractor strategy, home builder strategy, and TA partner network. Relevant experience in sales analysis, business development, and/or market support functions
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Advanced SAP, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools. *Advanced Excel Experience

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on his or her skills, education, experience, and geographic location. Total compensation may also include bonuses consistent with REHAU’s corporate bonus plan.
