Job DescriptionPart-Time Otolaryngology Attending Opportunity
Our organization is thrilled to announce a part-time position for an Otolaryngology Attending, affiliated with a prominent medical institution in New York City.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general and subspecialty outpatient and surgical care.
- Assist in overseeing advanced practice providers and resident physicians.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Engage in program development and advancement, with a focus on health equity and clinical operations.
- Collaborate with a team that includes six physician assistants and an ambulatory nurse practitioner to support patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.
Requirements and Qualifications
- MD degree with Board Certification.
- Possession of a valid New York State License, DEA, and Medicaid number.
- Demonstrated strong clinical skills, teaching experience, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Preferred experience in management or leadership roles, particularly within academic medical centers or public health systems.
Working Conditions
The facility is conveniently located and accessible via public transportation and car from various regions, including New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island.
