Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Support students' learning and development in a dynamic educational environment serving grades K-12. This paraprofessional role offers an opportunity to assist teachers in classrooms ranging from elementary through high school levels in Saint Paul, MN. Both full-time and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support to students in grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12 based on placement.
- Assist teachers with classroom management and organization.
- Support students with diverse learning needs, helping to promote academic and social development.
- Help implement lesson plans and educational activities.
- Monitor students’ progress and communicate observations to teaching staff.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in school settings as a paraprofessional or similar support role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and dedication to supporting student success.
- Compliance with state requirements or certifications for paraprofessionals is an asset.
