Sr. Director of Treasury

We are seeking a Senior Director of Treasury to lead all aspects of treasury operations, with a focus on fund cash management, fund treasury, and fund finance for evergreen funds and private market investments. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in private, alternative, and secondary investments, along with the strategic vision to optimize liquidity, manage financial risk, and drive the firm’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fund cash management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and capital allocation for evergreen and private market investments.

  • Lead fund treasury operations, managing banking relationships, fund financing, and foreign exchange strategies.

  • Direct fund finance functions such as debt facilities, capital calls, and distributions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  • Provide strategic oversight of treasury functions related to private and alternative investments.

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial, operational, and market risks.

  • Build and lead a high-performing treasury team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

  • Partner with investment, legal, and compliance teams to align treasury operations with firm objectives.

  • Drive innovation in treasury processes, leveraging technology to improve automation, accuracy, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

  • 10+ years of treasury, fund finance, or related experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in fund cash management, fund treasury, and fund finance within private markets.

  • Strong understanding of private, alternative, and secondary investment structures.

  • Experience with evergreen funds or similar fund models is highly desirable.

  • Deep knowledge of financial instruments, banking operations, and risk management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strategic mindset.

  • Proficient in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
