Order and coordinate maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
Order janitorial supplies and other needs for the church based on request.
Screen and route all incoming calls.
Correct and distribute mail. Correspond if needed.
Check church email and respond if needed.
Organize and maintain church calendar
Coordinate with pastor the scheduling of weddings, receptions, and other events. Counsel with those using the facilities on rules and housekeeping requirements.
Type, print, and fold weekly bulletin, as well as special event handouts..
Assist pastor in filling out Annual Report.
File routine paperwork.
Notify pastor of church family hospitalizations, surgeries, births, and deaths as made aware
Do the weekly deposits and maintain individual giving notices. Mail Year to Date Financial Giving Summary as requested and Year End Summary in January.
Schedule appoints for those seeking help through church mission, Helping Hands.
Process biweekly payroll.
Process and pay monthly and quarterly payroll reports.
Pay all incoming invoices.
Send thank you notes for memorial gifts and notify the relevant family.
Other duties as assigned.
