Job Title: Tower Sealer Operator
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Tower Sealer Operators in the Cheese department. This role involves rotating between three workstations: bagging finished cheese blocks, sealing cheese packages, and palletizing finished products. We currently have openings for both day and night shifts, from 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am.
Responsibilities
- Follow all GMPs and work in accordance with corporate, regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
- Operate a forklift to move cheese from the production area to the warehouse cooler.
- Run the Beta Vac/bag sealer ensuring there are no leaks.
- Weigh cheese blocks and apply label tickets to blocks and boxes.
- Operate and validate the metal detector.
- Operate boxer and robot equipment.
- Manage tower operations and maintain block count records.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Master sanitation procedures as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
