Location: Rapid City, SD and surrounding areas — Home Instead of the Black Hills
Position Type: Part-Time with the ability to grow into full time!
Pay: $35–$40/hour + Benefits + Quarterly Bonus

We're currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our local, dedicated team. We are looking for a part-time nurse to help us continue to deliver the best in class care in our communities!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes (e.g., medication administration, wound care, vital signs)
- Support clients’ emotional and physical well-being through genuine connection
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate updates to the care team
- Educate families and clients on health conditions and self-care practices
- Assist in hands-on Care Professional training and ensure care compliance
What You’ll Need:
- Current LPN license in South Dakota (RNs welcome to apply too!)
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Reliable transportation and willingness to visit client homes
