Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Active California SLP license
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Comfortable providing services to students in grades K-3
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to potential hybrid/remote service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing direct therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining thorough documentation and progress notes
- Utilizing digital tools and platforms for service delivery when applicable
