The YMCA of the Roses is seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Swim Coach to join our team at the Graham Aquatic Center in York. In this role, you'll inspire swimmers of all abilities to reach their potential, develop confidence, and learn the value of teamwork and perseverance-both in and out of the water.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM–11:00 AM

• Additional hours as needed for swim meets and special events. Flexibility is key to supporting athletes and team goals.
