LHH is working with a rapidly growing real estate / property management company in Teterboro is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a newly created position due to continued growth and increased transaction volume - an excellent opportunity to step into a stable company with momentum and room to make an impact.

Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and general accounting activities
- Maintain accurate financial records with strong attention to detail
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
- Support month-end close activities
- Prepare reports and schedules using Excel
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications:
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
- 4-year degree
- Real estate or property management experience is a plus, not required
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 , depending on experience
