What youll do here:

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for assigned accounts and prospects.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing with engineering and operations teams.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate product selection.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and engineering on complex applications.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Follow up on quotes and manage pipelines to drive opportunities to close.
  • Support account retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay current on product offerings and market trends.

The experience you bring:

  • Postsecondary education in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • 2+ years of inside or technical sales experience in industrial or B2B environments.
  • Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
  • Experience with HVAC, fan, or mechanical equipment preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
