Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of school-based OT best practices
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ needs and create tailored intervention plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions in classroom and one-on-one settings
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
- Document assessments, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school policies
- Monitor and adjust strategies to promote optimal student development and participation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance on accommodations and modifications to promote access in the learning environment
