Staff Management Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus overtime
Pay Rate:
- $21 - $23 / hour
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of receiving, organizing, and distributing clothing inventory to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service. This role includes supervising warehouse associates, maintaining inventory records, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Assign and monitor tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and tracking systems
- Oversee product movement to ensure accuracy, speed, and safety
- Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse associates for performance and development
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures
- Coordinate with management and other departments to meet shipping and delivery deadlines
- Identify and resolve operational or personnel issues quickly and effectively
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on productivity, accuracy, and performance metrics
- Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience; 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using inventory management or order tracking systems
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
