Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for tube stacking, machine operation, measuring and monitoring specifications, and assisting with packing and prepping pallets. As a General Laborer, you will handle multiple tasks, including packaging, crating, and shipping heat exchangers and coils to clients. You will also build crates and boxes, package products, print shipping labels, and operate manual lifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform tube stacking functions and machine operations.
- Measure and monitor product specifications.
- Assist with packing and prepping pallets for shipment.
- Package, crate, and ship heat exchangers and coils to clients.
- Build crates and boxes for product packaging.
- Print and apply shipping labels.
- Operate manual lifts efficiently.
Essential Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 2+ years of general labor experience.
- Verified good attendance record.
- 2+ years of experience with sit-down forklift operation.
- High School Diploma or GED..

Work Environment
Work in a relatively clean environment for a Coil/Heat Exchanger manufacturer, though some dirt is present. The facility is hot in the summer and cool in the winter. The dress code is casual, including jeans and a t-shirt. Working hours for the first shift are Monday to Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the second shift is Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Weekend shifts run Friday to Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Most employees work four 10-hour days, with some exceptions in Maintenance, Quality, and Shipping departments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $21.80/hr.
