We have a client who is a leading provider of Oil and is seeking a dedicated and reliable Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you need to be very detailed, efficient and accurate at entering data regarding Service Invoices as well as answering calls regarding Service, scheduling jobs for our Service Techs in a geographic order, running/maintaining accurate monthly reports.
Responsibilities:
Efficient Scheduling: Schedule service technicians' jobs with a focus on geographic efficiency and timely service delivery.
Accurate Invoicing: Invoice service work orders daily, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
Customer Account Management: Open new customer accounts, gather necessary information, and handle account terminations.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports and generate month-end reports.
Permitting and Inspections: Acquire necessary city permits and coordinate inspections with various municipalities.
Software Proficiency: Learn and effectively utilize our proprietary software for scheduling, invoicing, and customer management.
Team Collaboration: Assist other departments as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in service coordination, dispatching, or a related administrative role.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
Accurate and detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
Ability to obtain Permits from various city municipalities.
A team player attitude, with a willingness to assist colleagues.
Experience with gas services, HVAC, or similar industries is a plus.
