Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist specializing in Cath Lab procedures. This contract position is based in Waukesha, WI, offering a dynamic work environment within a high-volume cardiac service setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including RHC, LHC, STEMI/NSTEMI, and more advanced cases such as atherectomies and PCI.
• Support peripheral diagnostic and interventional cases, including fistulograms.
• Assist with hybrid procedures (experience preferred but not required) such as AAA grafts and TAVRs.
• Collaborate closely with nursing and cardiology teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity Cath Lab environment.
• Adhere to strict patient safety standards with 1:1 patient ratios.
• Utilize EPIC, Alaris, Pyxis, and advanced imaging equipment including GE C-arms and hemodynamic monitors.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab experience with adult patient populations.
• Proficiency in interventional cardiac and peripheral cases.
• RN or RTR certification with BLS and ACLS required; RCIS and NIHSS preferred.
• Capable of managing conscious sedation and titrating drips (RN).
• Ability to scrub and pan effectively during procedures (RTR).
• Comfortable working with advanced cardiac intervention devices and technologies.

Schedule and Work Environment:

• Flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts available, multiple shift combinations possible.
• Weekend rotations and on-call duties every 2-3 months with a 30-minute response time.
• 1-week orientation provided.
• Adherence to fatigue policy limiting work hours for safety.
• Free parking provided on-site.
