Family Nurse Practitioner

They’re seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to become a trusted member of their household team. This is a unique and confidential role supporting the family’s health and wellness needs both locally and while traveling, with a strong emphasis on discretion, availability, and personalized care.
Salary
$130,000 to $140,000+ (negotiable) and benefits
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a clinical liaison and medical advocate for the family, with a focus on the matriarch as the primary patient. Attend medical appointments, provide in-home care, and support preventive health initiatives. Be on-call for urgent needs, travel as necessary (including some out-of-state), and coordinate care with specialists. Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure continuity of care across various healthcare providers.
Qualifications
Active Florida FNP license, national board certification (AANP or ANCC), and a minimum of five years’ experience in clinical or private setting. Must be highly adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable working independently in a private, high-trust environment, with ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in private care or concierge medicine, familiarity with high-net-worth family dynamics, strong communication and organizational skills, and a wellness-oriented clinical philosophy.
