We are looking for an Operations Advisor to join a fast-paced, high-energy program supporting an Intelligence Community customer. The successful candidate will work as a member of a government-contractor team supporting the cyber operations mission. The Operations Advisor will work daily in a government facility in the WMA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree highly preferred
- Years of experience
- Level 1: 0-3 years
- Level 2: 3-7 years
- Level 3: 7-12 years
- Level 4: 12-20 years
- Level 5: 20+ years
Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys
- Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings
- Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries' intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT
- Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods
- Familiarity with the concepts involved in CI risk analysis including insider threat detection
- Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of intelligence operations to include risk assessment
- For Level 5: at least 2 total overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS) or 4 years' worth of TDY experience
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
- Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases to craft targeting packages
- Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
- Training or Instructor experience
- Customer operations certification
- Formal CI training and/or certifications
- Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
- Foreign languages skills

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
