Job Summary:
The RN provides direct patient care, develops and manages individualized care plans, and supervises nursing staff while ensuring compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and deliver quality care
- Develop and update care plans
- Monitor patient progress and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with the care team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the practicing state
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Passion for patient care
