Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year within a K-12 educational setting in Aurora, CO. This contract role requires on-site presence five days per week and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, therapy, and support to K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Uphold compliance with federal, state, and school district policies and procedures related to special education services.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is preferred.
  • Valid state certification or eligibility for certification by the Colorado Department of Education (pending CDE credentials acceptable).
  • Previous experience working within school settings serving K-12 students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
  • Commitment to working full-time on-site, with no hybrid or remote options.
