Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Perform specialized imaging and procedural support as a skilled Cath Lab Technologist in a fast-paced Level IV Trauma Center. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to advanced cardiac care while working a structured 4x10-hour day schedule with on-call responsibilities in a major teaching hospital environment.
Location: South Charleston, WV

Schedule/Hours:
- Day shift: 4 x 10-hour days (6:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.)
- On-call weekends with 30-minute response time, rotating call Friday 7 p.m. through Monday 7 a.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional catheterization lab procedures, including structural heart interventions
- Proficiently manage daily caseload of 8-10 cases per shift
- Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to strict procedural protocols
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support complex cardiac cases
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner electronic charting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of cath lab experience required; competency in all diagnostic and interventional aspects essential
- WV State license required before assignment start; applications with pending license accepted if ARRT registered
- Experience with structural heart procedures strongly preferred
- Must be able to respond to on-call duties within 30 minutes
- First-time cath lab technologists need not apply
