Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis. This position is fully onsite in Miami, Florida, and requires expertise in managing financial records, accounts payable, and collections. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a strong aptitude for technology.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are up-to-date and reliable.
• Handle light collections activities to maintain timely payments.
• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to manage and record financial data.
• Maintain organized and accurate bookkeeping records for easy access and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support.
• Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries as needed.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Miami, Florida.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
