Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure main entrance has Receptionist presence
- Answer & transfer incoming calls
- Ship outgoing & distribute incoming mail/packages
- Screen & clear guests, vendors, etc. Issue security badges
- Distribute keys for building, secure rooms, etc.
- Prepare/edit reports and other materials
- Respond to medical emergencies & incidents as needed
- Monitor CCTV security system
- Conduct audit counts
- Respond to various inquiries from employees, vendors, guests, etc.
- Manage a variety of office docs & necessary procedures associated
- Support other business units as needed
- Support continuous improvement of processes, etc.
Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma or similar advanced education preferred
- 1+ years of surveillance experience
- Office/admin experience ability to manage multi phone line system
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal & written communication skills professional demeanor with guests & employees
- Ability to manage timelines & assigned tasks
- Dependable & able to work overtime as needed
