Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with electronic medical records
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Skills:
