Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL regional truck drivers, including recent graduates, to operate company‑provided 53' dry vans on dedicated Mid East / Eastern Seaboard lanes. This position offers paid orientation and training, a safety‑focused work environment, and eligibility for company benefits after 30 days.

Compensation & benefits:

  • $1,200–$1,400 a week (dependent on miles and experience)
  • Mileage pay: $0.55–$0.65 per mile
  • Trainee pay: $650+ per week during 4–6 week OTR training
  • $15 per stop; safety bonus up to $0.06 per mile
  • Paid one‑day orientation — $300
  • Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days

Schedule & equipment:

  • Dedicated Mid East / Eastern Seaboard regional lanes
  • Company‑provided 53' dry vans; primarily no‑touch freight (drop‑and‑hook)
  • Average weekly miles: 1,800–2,500 (depending on route)
  • Typically weekly home time; some schedules operate 12 days out / 2 days home
  • Day or night shifts as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21
  • Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); recent graduates encouraged
  • Reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents or major violations within the past five years)
  • Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks
  • Must meet company safety and background standards; certain convictions or safety‑related terminations may disqualify

Training & support:

  • Paid one‑day orientation and structured onboarding
  • Paid OTR training with a trainer for drivers with less than six months’ experience (typically 4–6 weeks)
  • Ongoing safety coaching and a safety‑focused work environment
