Job Description
The Specialist Fulfillment is responsible for supporting order processing and assisting in the preparation and distribution of prescription medication using the fulfillment system. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA (North Fayette, suburb of Pittsburgh) and requires flexibility to work anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual packing duties including packing and shipping completed orders.
- Verify accuracy and conformance to quality standards/specifications.
- Prepare packages for mailing.
- Stock non-pharmaceutical products where permitted by pharmacy regulations.
- Assist with department training and support other responsibilities as needed based on judgment or necessity.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate diplomatically and confidentially.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively, with or without accommodations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting.
- Willingness to work a flexible shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Material handling, unloading, shipping & receiving, cycle counts, stocking, labeling, inventory.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
