Southwest Fort Worth, TX

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $15/hour

• Training: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri (4–6 weeks onsite)

• After training: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Mon–Fri (remote)

ROLE IMPACT

The Office Clerk supports multiple administrative projects that ensure the smooth flow of digital records, spreadsheets, and documentation within the organization. This role contributes to operational accuracy, quality control, and data organization—critical to maintaining compliant and efficient file management processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Navigate multiple computer systems to move, update, and attach electronic files.

• Assist with identifying, labeling, and categorizing medical documentation by patient or claim type.

• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track provider requests, claims, and assignments.

• Perform basic research and data categorization using information from internal notes and reports.

• Send standard emails and save documentation in designated electronic folders per instructions.


Must have high school diploma or GED - Will be verified!


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with computers and comfort using multiple software systems.

• Ability to learn new programs and tools quickly.

• Basic Excel knowledge (or ability to learn quickly).

• Detail-oriented and able to perform repetitive or task-based work accurately.

• Entry-level candidates welcome if core technical and learning requirements are met.

• Microsoft Outlook / Email Systems

• Internal File Management Systems (training provided)

• PDF / TIFF Printing Tools

• Spreadsheet and Reporting Platforms

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience working in data entry, document handling, or administrative support.

• Strong attention to detail with quality-checking mindset.

• Good organizational and communication skills for coordinating with team leads.
