Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Anaheim – Onsite Only
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position in a casual and supportive office environment. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative duties while also providing direct support to the CEO as needed.
This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who wants to gain valuable office experience and grow their career.
Responsibilities

Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling

Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and a positive demeanor

Greet and assist clients, ensuring they are guided to the right team or resources

Support the CEO with tasks, projects, and scheduling needs as assigned

Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations

Maintain an organized workspace and office supplies

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks
Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

Friendly and professional phone etiquette

Dependable and punctual – reliability is a must

Comfortable working independently and in a team setting

Local to the office (this is an onsite position)

Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required – we’re open to training the right entry-level candidate
