Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist | Full-time

Are you ready to take your career to new heights? SH Audiology is welcoming an experienced full-time Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team in Sunnyvale.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct audiometric testing and comprehensive hearing evaluations for adult patients.
- Recommend, fit, and dispense hearing aids according to each patient’s unique needs.
- Counsel patients on communication strategies, providing follow up care, hearing aid maintenance and adjustments.
- Maintain thorough patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and exhibits a positive attitude while delivering ethical and compassionate care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; AAS or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current Hearing Aid Specialist licensure as required by California State Law.
- Active California state licensure to dispense hearing aids.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population.This includes listening, sales, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong keyboard, computer, audiology diagnostic, hearing aid software experience.
