They bridge the gap between technical teams and business units, often focusing on process improvements, software/hardware implementation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis & Strategy: Identify, define, and document client needs, pain points, and business objectives to develop customized solutions.
- Project Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to develop project proposals, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Implementation: Oversee the deployment of new systems, software, or workflows to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Consulting & Support: Provide expert advice, training, and ongoing support to improve operational efficiency and user adoption.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term partnerships, focusing on enhancing client experience and identifying opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, or technical implementation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and specialized software (e.g., Oracle EPM, CRM systems).
