We offer premium nutrition products to an international community of athletes, and we're growing fast. To support our e-commerce and fulfilment teams, we’re looking for a dedicated Remote Order Entry Specialist to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Position Summary
The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and managing customer and wholesale orders across platforms. This fully remote role supports the day-to-day flow of e-commerce operations, ensuring timely fulfilment, accurate documentation, and efficient communication between departments. You’ll play a key role in delivering the 5% experience our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter customer, wholesale, and internal orders into order management systems

Monitor order queues and ensure all orders are processed within established timeframes

Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to track fulfilment and resolve delays

Verify product availability, pricing, and shipping details prior to order release

Communicate with customer service and sales teams to resolve order-related issues

Maintain digital order records and assist in generating order reports

Ensure all order data is aligned with company policies and e-commerce platforms
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, or e-commerce support

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and order management software (e.g., Shopify, ShipStation, NetSuite)

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

Experience in supplements, fitness, or consumer products is a plus
