This is a business leadership opportunity for a proven field sales manager.
Community Enriched is a premier, certified sales partner for some of the nation's largest and most respected fiber optic and internet providers. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Director to build, lead, and scale our new field sales organization in this market.
This is a ground-floor, 1099 opportunity for a leader to launch their own sales empire, backed by our elite carrier contracts and operational support.
Your Role as Regional Sales Director:
You are the CEO of your market. Your primary responsibility is to recruit, train, and lead your own local team of high-performing 1099 Field Sales Agents for both D2D (Door-to-Door) and Event Marketing channels.

Build Your Organization: You will have the autonomy to source, interview, and build your sales team from the ground up. You are the architect of your local sales force.

Lead from the Field: This is a hands-on leadership role. You will spend the majority of your time in the field with your agents, providing direct, shoulder-to-shoulder training, running role-plays, and demonstrating how to close deals.

Drive Market Performance: You will own the sales results for your region. This includes setting weekly sales targets, running motivational team meetings, and managing territory assignments to dominate the local market.

Develop Event Strategy: You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing a calendar of local event marketing opportunities for your team to work.

Aggressive Personal Commissions: Earn substantial upfront commissions on every deal you personally close. Payouts for field sales range from $200 to over $425 per activation, paid weekly.

Lucrative Weekly Team Overrides: Earn a significant, uncapped override on every single sale your entire team produces, paid out weekly. A well-run team of 5-7 agents can generate an additional $3,000 - $5,000+ per month in override income for you.

Realistic Path to Six-Figures: A successful Regional Director who builds and leads a productive team can realistically establish a six-figure annual income.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role where you were directly responsible for hiring and training a successful D2D or event sales team (telecom, solar, energy, security experience is a major asset).

A Proven Recruiter: You know how to spot, attract, and develop top sales talent.
