Key Responsibilities for the Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and community partnerships.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews.
- Present qualified candidates and guide hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Manage the offer process, including drafting offers and negotiating terms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and hiring events.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation within the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications for the Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across various role types.
- Proven ability to proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and providing consultative support.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to travel locally up to 30%.
