In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, manage the offer process, and ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities for the Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and community partnerships.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Present qualified candidates and guide hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Manage the offer process, including drafting offers and negotiating terms.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and hiring events.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation within the applicant tracking system.


Qualifications for the Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across various role types.
  • Proven ability to proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with hiring managers and providing consultative support.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 30%.
