Drive Efficiency. Power Progress. Fuel the Future with TCI.

At TCI, we don't just move freight—we move industries forward. We're looking for a Transportation Fuel Analyst to take the wheel of our strategic fuel program. If you're passionate about fuel analytics, vendor strategy, and cost optimization in over-the-road (OTR) and bulk fuel environments, you belong here.

What You’ll Do

  • Command our fuel operations across EFS/WEX card networks and in-house bulk fueling terminals.

  • Track and analyze fuel data to identify savings, optimize routes, and influence driver behavior.

  • Negotiate with vendors and lead cost management initiatives to boost fleet efficiency.

  • Monitor compliance, integrate telematics and TMS data, and support our environmental and sustainability goals.

  • Collaborate across all TCI entities: Leasing, Rentals, and Dedicated Transportation.

Compensation & Work Schedule

  • Starting salary: $68,000 annually

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday

  • Hybrid Work Model: After initial training, enjoy a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1 remote day per week

  • Emergency On-Call Support: Must be available after hours as needed for fuel-related emergencies or escalations

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and enhance the fuel card program (limits, fraud monitoring, helpdesk support).

  • Oversee fuel island operations including bulk tank maintenance, EPA/DOT compliance, and reconciliation.

  • Coordinate bulk fuel deliveries and wet-hosing operations.

  • Integrate systems and data across platforms, resolving fuel discrepancies with precision.

  • Create and present KPI dashboards and insights to senior leadership.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of fuel management and fleet operations experience.

  • Knowledge of fuel card platforms, wet-hosing, EPA/DOT compliance, and telematics.

  • Excel mastery and strong analytical mindset.

  • Vendor negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.

  • A passion for data-driven decisions and improving sustainability in logistics.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field is a plus, but real-world experience speaks volumes.

Why TCI?

  • Be a key player in a mission-critical operation that impacts thousands of drivers.

  • Shape the future of sustainable fuel programs across North America.

  • Join a team that values innovation, integrity, and operational excellence.
