Responsibilities
· Global Tax Compliance & Reporting in alignment with ASC 740 and IAS 12
· Oversee transfer pricing compliance.
· Create Tax strategies
· Advise on M&A, licensing and other business initiatives
· Assess impact on the business for global tax developments
· Serves as Business Partner to teams across the organization
· Spearhead global process improvement initiatives for the tax department
· improve efficiency and accuracy through the use of tax technology and automation tools
· Serve as Liaison for external tax relationships
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Tax.
· CPA/CTA or Master’s preferred.
· 7–10+ years in multinational/tech tax.
· Expertise in international, transfer pricing, and indirect tax.
· Big 4 and in-house experience preferred.
· Experience with high-growth or public tech companies.
· Balances tax efficiency with compliance and risk.
· Strong cross-functional collaboration.
· Proactive on global tax changes.
