Location: Wonderspring – New Market West
Pay: $16.75 per hour
Wonderspring, a nonprofit early childhood education organization, is seeking a dedicated Sea Food Service Worker to support our New Market West Center located in West Philadelphia.
About the Position
- Organize, prepare, and deliver breakfast, lunch, and snacks to classrooms
- Monitor food and supply inventory
- Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with food program requirements.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and appliances regularly.
- Check and log refrigerator and freezer temperatures daily, reporting any issues
- Update and distribute food allergy and preference lists.
Qualifications
- Minimum, High School Diploma/GED
- Food Manager's Certification, required
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with coworkers and children
