Position Overview
Promise Point Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead the clinical operations of our youth placement center. This role is responsible for overseeing all therapeutic services, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with state and organizational standards.
The Clinical Director will play a vital leadership role in shaping treatment programs, supervising clinical staff, and supporting positive outcomes for youth in our care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of all clinical services and programming
- Supervise and support therapists, case managers, and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide guidance on complex cases
- Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff
Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LPC, or equivalent required
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 35 years of clinical leadership experience (preferred)
- Experience working with youth, behavioral health, or residential care settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
