Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy of financial records.
• Utilize QuickBooks software to record and track financial data effectively.
• Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring all financial tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial procedures.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.
• Assist with audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
