Fast Casual Dining Restaurant Assistant Manager
We are interviewing for an experienced, fast casual dining Restaurant Manager for our restaurant locations in Boston, Massachusetts.
This restaurant Manager will be accountable for leading the BOH & FOH teams in our operation. A solid knowledge of food ordering, inventory and labor control and P&L management is required.
Must work well under controlled chaos and most importantly, embrace a restaurant leadership culture where we educate, foster, discipline and empower our staff to succeed and achieve desired results. Our mission is to provide a memorable experience through food, beverage and service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 3+years of Restaurant Manager experience
Must be able to pass background check/drug screen
- Effectively train & develop a strong team to lead and organize a high volume/quality restaurant. Producing consistent quality food in a timely manner
- Possess a high degree of full-service restaurant operational knowledge that can be communicated and taught to staff in order grow a strong team, build confidence and maintain a high-quality core staff.
- Strong personal, people and management skills. Must develop solid relationships with vendors, maintain purchase ordering system and staff to attain food, labor & bar cost goals.
- Exhibit honesty, integrity, be a leader, lead by example
- This position is very hands-on in nature, one that requires an active participant leadership style
