Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented manner at all times.
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate clearly with customers to provide effective solutions to their comfort needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams throughout the workday.
- Use company-provided technology (iPad) for estimates, GPS tracking, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary tools and parts.
- Complete all required documentation and service reports accurately and on time.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours service as scheduled.
- Take part in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with evolving HVAC technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial).
- Proficient in operating gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools required to identify and repair system issues.
- Possess necessary personal hand tools to perform daily service work efficiently.
- Willingness to pursue and maintain relevant certifications (company assistance available).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
